This time, I&#8217;m starting from scratch.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m not sure I&#8217;m the kind of songwriter who can just work on a bunch of songs without some compositional arc behind it. <em>Imprint<\/em> is my adult contemporary pop album. <em>Restraint<\/em> is my attempt to work with modes and unconventional chord progressions.<br \/>\nSo what&#8217;s my gimmick for the next project?<br \/>\nI looked at <a href=\"\/meisakuki\/?entry_id=2330\">these ideas<\/a> and decided to write lyrics first.
